Leisure Projects

Whilst under the employment of past practices Steve has worked on a number of new build projects in various areas including:

Cinema + Bowling Alley

Completed 2004

£1,580,000

Construction of a new three screen cinema and eight lane bowling complex with associated catering and commercial activities. The works also encompassed Gymnasium, Office and Retail spaces.

Holiday Parks

Completed 2015

£2 to £3 million

Redevelopment of a series of existing holiday parks complete new amenity building which comprised of Reception, Health Spar with Swimming Pool, Restaurant, Dining and Bar spaces.

The interior fit out for of these projects involved liaising with a specialist interior designer, developing their concept into a workable solution and communicating such to the contractor in a detailed format.

Steve was principally responsible for the project management – procurement strategies, detail design development together with completing the site administration for traditional contract works.
