Paul and Steve have gained and developed invaluable knowledge and experience working on wide range of inspiring and challenging residential developments and smaller scale extension and alteration projects. Every project is considered a unique and individual challenge, commencing with a detailed analysis and dissection of the projects needs through dialogue, observation and research informed by our considerable project and technical lead experience.

The principle objective of our methodology is to develop an intuitive understanding of the people, place and most importantly the budget that defines and unlocks the potential for each project from its inception.

We pride ourselves on being able to clearly articulate ideas and concepts in presentations to our clients. We use a variety of media to develop and convey our designs including sketching, drawings, perspective images, 3D renders and physical models enabling our clients to clearly visualise their buildings as it develops.
