Project : Refurbishment of Hospice

We were appointed through Trenton Construction to provide a design support role under a Design and Build procurement.

Works consisted of the extensive internal refurbishment of an existing single story timber framed building which also incorporated the provision of new EnSuite shower facilities. Internal finishes were carefully considered to move away from creating a clinical environment and chosen to provide a residential atmosphere.

With adjacent wards remaining occupied during the works each phase was carefully orchestrated to take place in a strictly controlled manner with minimal impact to the buildings users.
