The Jam House

Design 21 were commissioned to produce a design to redevelopment an existing redundant covered undercroft area to form new customer toilet accommodation, storage and enclose an existing fire escape staircase. The works also included making internal alterations within the existing grade II listed building to provide new Green Room and office ancillary facilities.
